Ok, in order to track improvement I need to record my current symptoms copared to how I do in the future. Here is a list of the symptoms I have been dealing with for the past 6+ years. I want to be as accurate as possible, but they kinda suck.
First is what I have been officially diagnosed with:
1. Chronic Inflammation
2. Asthma
3. Allergies (mold, pollen, dust)
4. Irritable bowel syndrome
5. Severe Vitamin D deficiency
Here are some other symptoms I have been dealing with in order of severity
1. Severe joint pain (I visit a chiropractor at least once a week)
2. Muscle pain
3. Irregular menstrual cycles
4. Depression
Well, that is all I remember right now. I am hoping for the best!
